Job Description

As an HR professional, your role will involve developing and executing engagement strategies aligned with company goals such as recognition, wellness, and internal events. You will be responsible for coming up with innovative ways to measure employee morale and enhancing overall satisfaction. Improving the employee journey from onboarding to exit will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, including enhancing touchpoints and reducing friction through effective communication to keep employees informed and engaged. Your contribution will play a crucial role in collecting and compiling meaningful HR metrics to identify areas for enhancing the employee experience. Partnering closely with operational stakeholders across various departments, you will serve as a key bridge for effective interaction and connectivity to develop, implement, and administer HR processes. Additionally, you will create high-quality knowledge base content and act as a general HR subject matter expert in operational HR cases. Collaborating with HR Business partners and business teams, you will assist in planning and implementing key organizational/HR initiatives in a timely and effective manner. Building, maintaining, and upgrading KRAs, SOPs, Process Maps, and creating documents on various new and existing processes will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute engagement strategies aligned with company goals - Come up with new ways to measure employee morale and improve overall satisfaction - Enhance the employee journey from onboarding to exit - Collect and compile meaningful HR metrics to identify areas of improvement - Partner closely with operational stakeholders across departments - Create high-quality knowledge base content and act as an HR subject matter expert - Assist in planning and implementing key organizational/HR initiatives - Build, maintain, and upgrade KRAs, SOPs, Process Maps, and create documents on various processes Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in HR roles - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively across departments - Knowledge of HR processes and best practices - Experience in developing and executing engagement strategies - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred) As an HR professional, your role will involve developing and executing engagement strategies aligned with company goals such as recognition, wellness, and internal events.
