You have 6-12 years of experience in people management, employee engagement, and employee connects. Your role will involve driving and maintaining processes to enhance employee engagement, motivation, and communication at all levels. You will be responsible for leading engagement initiatives, handling events and activities, and managing all employee communications including leadership connects, helpdesk, and employee connects. Additionally, you will need to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders. Please note that this position is only open to candidates located in Bangalore who can join immediately. **Qualifications Required:** - At least 6 years of experience in employee engagement (Preferred) - At least 6 years of experience in talent management (Preferred) Please note that this is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the specified location.,
