Employee Engagement Manager

You have 6-12 years of experience in people management, employee engagement, and employee connects. Your role will involve driving and maintaining processes to enhance employee engagement, motivation, and communication at all levels. You will be responsible for leading engagement initiatives, handling events and activities, and managing all employee communications including leadership connects, helpdesk, and employee connects. Additionally, you will need to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
