As an Employee Engagement Executive, you will play a crucial role in fostering a workplace culture where employees feel connected, inspired, and valued. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing engagement programs, organizing internal events, gathering feedback, managing communication, and enhancing our employer branding efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement engagement programs aligned with company values and goals. - Foster diversity, inclusion, and a positive workplace environment as a cultural ambassador. - Plan and execute internal events, celebrations, wellness activities, and team-building exercises. - Support HR in delivering engaging onboarding experiences for new hires. - Conduct employee satisfaction surveys, analyze feedback, and provide actionable insights. - Track and report engagement metrics to guide strategic decision-making. - Ensure transparent and inspiring communication across all levels. - Manage employee recognition platforms and initiatives to celebrate achievements. - Create engaging internal and external campaigns to showcase company culture and values. - Drive the employer brand strategy across social media, digital platforms, and events. Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of experience in employee engagement, HR, or internal communications. - Strong interpersonal and written communication skills. - Creative thinker with excellent organizational and execution abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or related field.
