Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Underwrite group insurance policies including Group Health Insurance, Group Term Life Insurance, and Group Personal Accident covers.
Analyze client requirements and design appropriate insurance solutions in collaboration with the corporate sales team.
Evaluate risk exposures and determine appropriate pricing and terms in accordance with underwriting guidelines.
Liaise with insurance companies for quote generation, benefit structuring, and policy negotiations.
Support client servicing and relationship management teams with technical inputs related to employee benefits.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 5 +years of experience in underwriting Employee Benefit products within an insurance company or insurance broking firm.
Strong knowledge of group insurance products including benefit structures, pricing mechanisms, and regulatory framework.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage client expectations effectively.

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
