Embedded Systems Engineer 3+ year Experience Only

Role Overview:

Embedded Systems Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain

  firmware for embedded systems (ESP32/STM32/ARM or similar MCUs)

  .
• Design and implement user interfaces for touchscreen displays (LVGL, TFT, ST7789, or similar libraries/frameworks).
• Work on data acquisition from

  multiple sensors

  (

  GPS, temperature/humidity, 4G module, microphones, etc

  .) and ensure real-time data processing.
• Implement secure communication protocols (

  HTTPs, MQTT, WebSockets

  ) for device-to-cloud data transfer.
• Integrate devices with

  AWS IoT Core / AWS Lambda / AWS S3 / DynamoDB for data ingestion and storage

  .
• Ensure data formatting and structuring for multiple devices to be easily consumed by backend systems.
• Collaborate with cloud/backend teams to ensure seamless integration of embedded devices with AWS infrastructure.

• Debug, optimize, and test embedded systems

  for low power consumption and reliability.

• Maintain documentation, version control (Git), and testing frameworks

  for embedded projects. 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Embedded C/C++ and/or Python for microcontrollers

RTOS (FreeRTOS preferred) and embedded peripherals (UART, SPI, I2C, I2S, ADC, etc

GUI frameworks (LVGL, TFT_eSPI, or similar)

AWS IoT Core, AWS S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, and related cloud services.

IoT data protocols

GPS modules

OTA firmware

Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills. 

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

ESP-IDF, PlatformIO, Arduino framework on ESP32/ESP32-S3

Docker, Kubernetes

CI/CD pipelines

IoT (IIoT)

Education:

Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, Embedded Systems, or related field.
