Embedded Eng Asst Manager

As an Embedded Engineering Assistant Manager at Honeywell Technology Solutions (HTS) in Hyderabad, your role involves leading Aerospace Displays and Graphics Verification & Validation (V&V) programs in the Software V&V Center of Excellence (COE). Your primary focus will be on ensuring the successful execution of programs, meeting cost and schedule commitments, and maintaining required quality standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for talent management, including hiring and retaining skilled individuals for program execution. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Aerospace Displays and Graphics V&V programs to ensure cost, schedule commitments, and required quality standards are met. - Hire and retain talent for efficient program execution. - Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive upstream connectivity and change. - Identify, prioritize, and implement key improvement strategies/initiatives across programs to enhance productivity and cycle time. - Develop competencies of the team as per the Training and Competency Development Plan. - Promote teamwork, transparency, and fairness in all interactions. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or equivalent. - 10+ years of experience in aerospace software/systems verification, preferably in Aerospace Displays & Graphics products/programs. - Strong technical skills in software development and verification processes, certification, and design assurance guidelines. - Basic understanding of agile methodologies. - Experience in project planning, risk management, and customer coordination. - Strong communication skills and certification in Green Belt and/or DFSS. - Experience in driving organizational change and competency development. - Familiarity with Aerospace Displays Common Products, Anthem, and Mission Manager Electronic Checklist is desirable.,
