We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Subject Matter Expert to lead training, build curriculum, and guide teams on modern email marketing practices. This role involves deep expertise in email strategy, automation, segmentation, deliverability, analytics, and performance reporting across MailChimp, Gmail, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training on email strategy, automation, segmentation, compliance, and analytics
• Create playbooks, templates, and best-practice guides
• Coach teams on crafting copy, subject lines, and newsletters
• Teach campaign optimization, A/B testing, UTM tagging, and KPI tracking
• Guide on cleaning lists, syncing CRM, improving deliverability, and GDPR compliance
• Support teams in building dashboards and reporting insights clearly

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with MailChimp, Gmail, and Outlook
• Deep knowledge of email automation, segmentation, deliverability, and campaign analytics
• Experience building email workflows, series, and performance dashboards
• Excellent communication and training skills
