Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to enhance engagement, conversions, and retention. - Optimize email templates, subject lines, and content to boost open and click-through rates. - Segment email lists and customize campaigns based on user behavior, demographics, and lifecycle phase. - Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, open rates, conversions, and unsubscribe rates, and generate regular reports. - Coordinate with content, design, and analytics teams to ensure seamless campaign execution. - Provide recommendations on tools, strategies, and automation enhancements to improve campaign efficiency.
