As an Email Marketing Specialist at Accuspire, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing online marketing campaigns to promote our wide range of surgical products directly to clinicians, surgeons, and purchasing teams. Your responsibilities will include managing social media channels, conducting web analytics, creating digital content, coordinating marketing campaigns, and tracking performance metrics. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential in enhancing Accuspire's brand visibility and product promotion. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement online marketing campaigns using various strategies - Manage social media channels to engage with the target audience - Conduct web analytics to optimize marketing efforts - Create compelling digital content to attract potential customers - Coordinate marketing campaigns to ensure seamless execution - Track performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals Qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of experience in Email Marketing, SEO, and SEM - Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing - Experience in Web Analytics and Online Marketing - Strong communication skills - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms - Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment - Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is a plus - Email marketing experience with Klaviyo is an added advantage - Bachelor's degree in any field Please note that this role is initially on a 4-month probation period with the potential for a full-time position based on performance. The job type is contractual/temporary with a contract length of 6 months. The work location is Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, and the role requires in-person presence.
