Email Marketing & Marketing Automation Executive - Careers Email Marketing & Marketing Automation Executive About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and data-driven Email Marketing & Marketing Automation Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning and executing email campaigns, managing inbound lead flow, and supporting automation workflows to drive engagement, lead nurturing, and conversions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute email marketing strategies aimed at increasing engagement, nurturing leads, and boosting conversions. Manage and optimize marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Marketo for campaign execution, scoring, and segmentation. Track inbound leads, monitor their lifecycle stages, and implement nurture campaigns to maximize marketing ROI. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns, including support for webinars, conferences, and other events. Work closely with partners to co-create and execute joint marketing activities and campaigns. Analyze campaign performance and generate reports with actionable insights. Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, email automation, and inbound strategy through continuous learning and experimentation. Key Skills: Email Marketing Campaigns Marketing Automation Platforms (HubSpot, Marketo) Inbound Lead Tracking Event Coordination & Execution Partner Marketing Collaboration Data Analysis & Reporting Strong Communication & Team Collaboration Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2+ years of experience in digital or email marketing with exposure to automation tools. Hands-on experience with lead nurturing and email workflow design is a plus.
