What You’ll Be Doing:

• Set up and manage email marketing automation, flows, and campaigns via

  Klaviyo

• Build and segment targeted lists for

  personalized email and SMS

  marketing
• A/B test subject lines, content blocks, CTAs, send times, and flows
• Create and optimize campaigns for

  welcome series, cart abandonment, post-purchase, win-backs, and promotions

• Collaborate with content/design teams for email creative and copy
• Analyze open rates, CTR, conversions, and revenue attribution to improve performance
• Maintain deliverability best practices and clean list hygiene

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years

  of experience in email marketing (D2C/eCommerce preferred)

• Hands-on expertise in Klaviyo

  is a must
• Proven ability to build full-funnel email journeys and optimize for KPIs
• Experience with list segmentation, personalization, and behavioral targeting
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with email marketing metrics
• Bonus: Experience with SMS campaigns and Shopify integrations
