About the Role:
We are hiring an Email Marketing Executive to manage B2B email campaigns, generate qualified leads, and support business development for the US & Canadian markets. The role involves campaign planning, list-building, lead nurturing, and coordination with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute targeted email marketing campaigns (US/CA B2B).
• Build & manage prospect databases for lead generation.
• Generate and qualify leads through campaigns & follow-ups.
• Optimize campaigns for better open/response rates.
• Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into business.
• Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM & GDPR guidelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business.
• 1+ year experience in email marketing/lead generation (US/CA preferred).
• Knowledge of tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Zoho, Salesforce.
• Strong written communication & analytical skills.
• LinkedIn outreach knowledge is a plus.
