Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Email Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and customer retention. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with email platforms, audience segmentation, and performance analysis. Key Responsibilities:Create, design, and execute email marketing campaigns (promotional, transactional, drip, and newsletters) Manage email databases, segmentation, and list hygiene Write compelling subject lines and email copy to improve open and click-through rates Coordinate with design and content teams for email creatives Set up automated email workflows and customer journeys Perform A/B testing on subject lines, content, and layouts Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports (open rate, CTR, conversions) Ensure compliance with email marketing laws and best practices (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.) Maintain brand voice and consistency across all email communications
