Role Overview: As a Lead Generation Specialist, your role will involve generating leads, prospecting and qualifying potential new clients, and researching companies to create strategic communication plans. You will be responsible for scheduling calls with prospective clients, providing support for marketing initiatives, and developing, implementing, and maintaining lead generation strategies. Additionally, you will interact with marketing and project delivery staff to collaboratively determine customer needs and respond to customer requests in a courteous and professional manner. Key Responsibilities: - Generate leads - Prospecting and qualifying potential new clients - Research companies to create strategic communication plans - Schedule calls with prospective clients - Provide support for marketing initiatives - Develop, implement, and maintain lead generation strategies - Interact with marketing and project delivery staff to collaboratively determine customer needs - Respond to requests from customers as needed in a courteous and professional manner Qualifications Required: - Lead generation experience - Strong communication skills - Outgoing and friendly; able to quickly build professional rapport with individuals through various communications channels such as email - A minimum of 1 year in an experienced lead generation role - Lead generation-oriented and goal-oriented, self-starting, and able to work without constant supervision - Proven ability to get results and meet commitments - Ability to work individually and in a team - Previous experience a plus - A college degree (in the field) required,
