As a creative and detail-oriented Email Designer at Variable Infotech India Pvt Ltd, your role will involve designing, coding, and testing responsive and accessible email campaigns. Your primary responsibilities will include: - **Design & Visuals:** - Applying graphic design principles such as layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and color theory to create engaging email designs. - Creating custom graphics that align with brand guidelines for consistent communication. - Designing responsive emails that enhance user experience on various devices. - Implementing accessibility standards to ensure emails are readable by all users. - Ensuring compatibility for light and dark modes to provide a consistent user experience. - **Technical Skills:** - Writing clean HTML and CSS code for email templates compatible across different devices. - Using tools like Litmus or Email on Acid for testing and optimizing email designs. - Troubleshooting rendering issues and optimizing emails for better performance. - **Soft Skills:** - Working efficiently under pressure with attention to detail. - Strong organizational skills for file management and design consistency. - Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration. - Problem-solving abilities to optimize email performance. - **Marketing & Strategy:** - Applying email marketing strategies to drive engagement and conversions. - Utilizing performance analytics to inform design decisions and optimize campaigns. - Designing emails with clear calls-to-action and user flow in mind. - **Collaboration & Workflow:** - Managing timelines and deliverables for email campaigns. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with marketing strategies.
