Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries via email and chat.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services.
  • Analyze and report on customer interactions and feedback.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in the BPM/BPO industry.
  • Strong understanding of non-voice processes and email chat support.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Experience working with CRM software or similar tools is an added advantage.
