Job Description

Saxon AI

What You’ll Do

Build and manage email campaigns, workflows, nurture journeys, and lead scoring in
HubSpot
.
Run paid campaigns across
LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta, and YouTube
.
Create audience segments, retargeting lists, and optimize campaigns for CTR, CPL, and conversions.
Collaborate with content, SDR, and solution teams on AI-focused campaigns.
Track performance through HubSpot dashboards, GA4, UTMs, and attribution reporting.

What You Bring

2–5 years’ experience in email marketing + digital ads.
Advanced HubSpot experience
(automation, reporting, segmentation).
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn + Google Ads for B2B lead gen.
Strong copywriting and understanding of AI/tech audiences.
Data-driven mindset and comfort with analytics tools.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience in AI, data, cloud, or digital consulting marketing.
Basic design skills (Canva/Figma).
Knowledge of enterprise personas (CIO, CTO, CDO, Data Leaders).
