we're looking for a Webmaster to lead the strategy, optimization, and management of our web presence. This role goes beyond maintenance: you'll shape how our site drives awareness, conversions, and customer experience

As the Senior Manager, you'll be responsible for website strategy, optimization, and scalability, collaborating with marketing, product, and engineering to ensure our web platforms are secure, high-performing, and aligned with business goals.

10+ years of experience in webmaster, web development, or digital experience roles, with at least 3 5 years of people management experience

Proven expertise in website optimization and performance improvements (SEO, speed, conversions).

Strong technical foundation: HTML, CSS, JavaScript; experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, headless CMS).

Hands-on experience with CRM/marketing automation integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, etc).

Advanced knowledge of web analytics, CRO, and A/B testing tools.

Strong leadership skills: ability to manage teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
