Elitek Technical Associate(Mechanical /Automobile Engineer)Freshers

Job Summary:

As an integral member of the Elitek diagnostics team, the Diagnostic Technician will execute diagnosis, programming, calibrations, and repair recommendations for vehicles located in various repair facilities. Your ability to manage time and organize resources while professionally interacting with Elitek Vehicle Services partners is essential.

Essential Job Duties:

• Serve as a primary partner contact as needed within the service process. Primary duties are completed in a remote/call center environment.
• Provide diagnostic and technical subject matter expertise in a customer service-centric manner to each partner/customer.
• Provide final first-call resolution to as many vehicle scans as possible, escalating when needed but helping the customer complete the process and move the vehicle through their repair sequence.
• Educate our partner/customers on the impotence importance of diagnostic scans.
• Assist Elite Electronics Remote Technician with required diagnostic tests and in performing technical evaluations.

Basic Qualifications:

Experience:

Freshers

• Understanding of the

  automotive industry

  and various manufacturer acronyms and lingo.
• Proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).

Requires good written and verbal communication skills. Well organized, detail-oriented & focused. Strong analytical skills. Must interact well with others, multi-task, and prioritize workload. Must have experience in Microsoft Office/Intermediate MS Excel

• Self-motivated, high energy, and a client-focused perspective.

• New car dealership experience is considered a plus.

• Basic understanding of network systems.

• Positive attitude.
