Elite Relationship Manager-Business Banking-BRANCH BANKING-Branch Banking

You will be responsible for developing new customer relationships and expanding existing ones for liabilities (CA driven) and commercial assets. Your primary focus will be on ensuring high levels of customer service orientation and adherence to bank policy. Cross-selling existing bank products and informing customers of new products or enhancements to enhance their banking relationship will also be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will be involved in planning and executing special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients. Collaborating with other group companies to provide seamless access to additional products and services will be important. You will maintain detailed relationship records for assigned customer accounts, as well as track customer complaints/queries and turnaround times to ensure customer satisfaction. Your job requirements will include developing and maintaining banking relationships with a select group of high net worth customers through personalized customer service. A strong understanding of Trade and Forex, as well as Commercial Assets like CC, OD, TL, Export Finance, is essential. Knowledge of Mutual Funds and Insurance will be considered an added advantage.
