Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Prior Authorization and Eligibility Verification and Benifit verification, located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The responsibilities include reviewing and processing prior authorization requests, verifying patients' insurance eligibility, and ensuring compliance with insurance requirements. The role requires close collaboration with insurance providers and healthcare professionals to streamline authorization processes and assist with insurance-related inquiries.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients, patients, and healthcare providers
• Customer service skills with the ability to address inquiries efficiently and professionally
• Knowledge of Medicaid and insurance processes, with experience in related regulations and requirements
• Understanding of human services principles to effectively support patients and providers
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks accurately
• Proficiency with relevant software tools and medical billing systems is a plus
• Previous experience in prior authorization, eligibility verification is a must.
