Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lift Manager to lead and oversee all lift and escalator operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing installation, maintenance, and service teams, ensuring project quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage lift installation, service, and maintenance operations. Supervise technical teams and ensure efficient project execution. Plan and monitor day-to-day lift work schedules and resource allocation. Ensure all installations comply with safety and quality standards. Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance to the maintenance team. Maintain project reports and documentation for management review. Requirements: Minimum 12–15+ years of experience in the lift/escalator industry. Strong technical knowledge of lift systems and components. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in handling client coordination and field team management. Language: Tamil & Hindi speaking ability is an added advantage. Age: Below 45 years. Tamil Mandatory for this role Availability: Immediate joiner or within 15 days.
