Job Description

You will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of the electronic manufacturing department, ensuring that production targets and quality standards are met. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic products. - Implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce defects. - Maintaining and enforcing safety and quality standards. - Coordinating with the procurement team to ensure the availability of components. - Working closely with the design and R&D teams for new product introduction. - Training and mentoring production staff to improve skill levels and efficiency. - Maintaining and updating production records in the ERP system. - Troubleshooting and resolving production-related technical issues. - Ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Required: - B.E./B.Tech in Electronics or Electrical Engineering. - 8-10 years of experience in electronic manufacturing or a similar role. - Strong knowledge of PCB assembly, soldering techniques, and electronic component handling. - Experience in process optimization and lean manufacturing techniques. - Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning. - Ability to troubleshoot electronic circuits and manufacturing defects. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Good communication and problem-solving abilities. - Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO, IPC, and ESD controls.
