Electronics Production Manager

Role Overview: You are a full-time Electronics Production Manager based in Kochi, responsible for overseeing production processes, ensuring quality control, and maintaining productivity standards in electronics manufacturing. Your tasks include developing production schedules, coordinating with supply chain teams, optimizing workflows, supervising production staff, and troubleshooting technical issues. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands. - Oversee electronics hardware production, PCB assembly, and testing processes. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely availability of components and materials. - Collaborate with QA to resolve electronics product quality issues. - Optimize electronics manufacturing processes for improved quality, throughput, and cost efficiency. - Drive automation/technology adoption for streamlined workflows. - Lead and motivate the production team to achieve output and quality targets. - Provide guidance, training, and mentoring to enhance team skills. - Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of electronic components. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry-specific regulations. - Regularly report production performance, challenges, and insights to senior management. Qualification Required: - Bachelors Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (B.Tech). - 2-3 years of experience in electronics/electrical manufacturing, PCB assembly, or IoT hardware production. - Strong understanding of electronics production processes, testing, and quality control standards. - Familiarity with SMT, PCB assembly lines, and BOM management. - Experience in lean manufacturing, process optimization, or Six Sigma/Kaizen is a plus. - Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills. - Proficiency in industry-relevant software/tools for production management. - Knowledge of health and safety regulations in electronics manufacturing.,
