Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electronics Engineer with hands-on experience in the design, development, and testing of electronic control panels, particularly in the domains of fire alarm systems, burglar alarm systems, and security automation. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in embedded systems, PCB design, and sensor integration, with knowledge of industry standards and modern communication protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test electronic control panels for fire and security systems.
• Develop firmware/software for microcontroller-based devices using C, C++, Python, or embedded OS.
• Design and test PCBs, perform soldering, and integrate circuits as per system requirements.
• Interface and integrate various sensors (smoke, heat, PIR, gas, vibration) and peripherals (sirens, strobes, relays).
• Implement and troubleshoot communication protocols like RS485, Modbus, ZigBee, Wi-Fi, GSM, LoRa, MQTT, CAN, etc.
• Ensure compliance with international standards such as NFPA, EN-54, UL, IS in system design and testing.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, including wiring diagrams, BOMs, and test reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration and deployment.
• Exposure to IoT systems, cloud connectivity, and industrial automation is an added advantage.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Embedded Systems, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in electronics design and development for fire/security systems.
• Hands-on experience with microcontrollers (PIC, AVR, ARM, STM32, ESP32, Arduino, etc.).
• Proficient in embedded programming, circuit design, and troubleshooting.
• Familiar with tools for PCB design (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle, KiCAD).
• Strong understanding of electrical safety and compliance standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good written and verbal communication skills for documentation and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Experience with cloud-based monitoring, remote control, or IoT integration.
• Familiarity with industrial control panels and automation protocols.
• Certifications in fire/security systems or embedded systems development.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,591.87 per month
