Education: BE Electronics

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain an inventory of electronic components, ensuring availability and quality.
• Perform regular maintenance and testing of electronic equipment to ensure functionality and reliability.
• Possess a strong understanding of PCB assembly and testing.
• Proficient in wiring and harnessing techniques for connecting various components efficiently and securely.
• Ensure compliance with wiring standards and safety regulations.
• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems, identifying and addressing issues promptly.
• Conduct routine inspections to prevent breakdowns and ensure proper functioning.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to electronic components, wiring diagrams, maintenance schedules, troubleshooting procedures, training materials, and videos.
• Ensure documentation is easily accessible to the team for reference.
• Lead and manage a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to electronic components, PCBs, wiring, and electrical and electronic systems.
• Develop efficient troubleshooting strategies to minimize downtime.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and customers regarding electronics-related inquiries and issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex technical challenges.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or EEE.
• Strong knowledge of electronic components, PCB, wiring techniques, and electrical systems.
• Proven experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of electronic equipment.
• Proficiency in documentation practices with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Prior experience in providing technical support is a plus.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards.
