Electronics and Communication Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Should have hands on exposure to safe operation and maintenance of LT distribution system such as LT panels, DG sets -125 KVA & 750 KVA, P.F. correction, earthing systems, power distribution system etc.
• Should have good know-how of modern means of EMS system recording and reporting.
• Should have exposure to utilities component level electronics maintenance such as chiller, AHUs, DHU’s, compressor, vacuum system, pumps, RO plant, VFD’s etc.
• Should have hands on exposure the medium and high speed packaging machinery electronics control/instrumentations maintenance such as VFFS/HFFS, primary processing equipment’s, QA equipment’s, printers, sensors, PLC’s, programming etc.
• Should have know-how of electronics component level safeties and compliances, systems such as maintaining the calibrations records for all critical control instruments/process check points with adequate record keeping.
• Good knowledge of automation/instrumentation/PLC’s/cards component level maintenance.
• Expertise in troubleshooting techniques & diagnostic procedures for sophisticated mechatronics/electronic platforms based on SIEMENS/BECKHOFF/Equivalent automations platform etc.
• Good knowledge of electronics drives such as servo drives, VFD’s, encoders, printers, sensors, control wiring.
• Should know the functional components like sensors, relays, contactors, limit switches etc required for field level automation.
• Should be able to handle the pant level safety and system compliances related to process and packaging, QA, utilities.
• Exposure to pharma processing and packaging equipment maintenance is an added advantage.
• Should be able to work on ERP system i.e. SAP
• Should have good know on how on identification and maintenance of the equipment’s optimum inventory levels as per the pre-planned schedule maintenance activities/proactive maintenance basis equipment upkeep.
• Should have exposure to ISO systems, energy conservation initiatives, cGMP’s.
• Should be able to proactively plan the maintenance schedule as per OEM recommendations/equipment safety & reliability point of view.
• Designing, inspecting, testing, and updating electronic systems, components, equipment, and software from time to time as per process/packaging requirements.
• Should have exposure to advance electronic controls such as vision control system, packaging defects online inspection systems, auto traceability of product.
• Ensuring all equipment and products meet health and safety regulations.
• Basic know how/exposure to electrical LT distribution system is an added advantage.
