Job Description: ElectricianPosition: Electrician Education Preferred: ITI in Electrician Trade Eligibility: 12th pass candidates can also apply if they have relevant work experience in electrical tasks. Experience: 1–3 years preferred Role Overview:The Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience, and the ability to handle electrical tools and safety procedures. Key Responsibilities:Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, control systems, and lighting systems Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide timely solutions Conduct routine inspections to ensure proper functioning of electrical systems Read and interpret electrical diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals Install and maintain circuit breakers, switches, and distribution boards Perform preventive maintenance on electrical equipment Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards Assist in setup of new electrical systems on sites Maintain records of repairs, maintenance, and material used Coordinate with supervisors and technicians for project tasks Required Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of electrical wiring and circuits Ability to use electrical tools and testing equipment (multimeter, tester, drill machine etc.) Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Understanding of safety protocols and PPE usage Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams Basic knowledge of motors, panels, and electrical appliances Physical fitness and ability to work in field/site environments Time management and team coordination skills Preferred Qualifications:ITI in Electrician trade (preferred) 12th pass candidates with proven electrical experience may also apply
