Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on the RT9 automatic block/paver machine or similar models.
Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical systems and production-related machinery to ensure smooth plant operations.
Handle wiring, motor connections, control panels, and sensor-related maintenance tasks.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults swiftly to ensure minimal production downtime.
Collaborate closely with the production and maintenance teams to maintain high equipment efficiency.
Maintain detailed logs and maintenance records, adhering to strict safety protocols and compliance standards.

Requirements:

ITI/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related trade.
Hands-on experience with automatic concrete block/paver machines, preferably the RT9 model.
Strong knowledge of:
Motor control circuits
Basic PLC operations
Panel wiring
Industrial electrical troubleshooting
Ability to work independently and handle urgent breakdowns under pressure.
Familiarity with preventive maintenance schedules for industrial machinery.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in a block or paver manufacturing plant.
Exposure to automated production environments and electromechanical systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
