Electrician

Role Overview: You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. Performing upgrades and system improvements as per project requirements will be part of your duties. Additionally, you will diagnose and resolve electrical problems efficiently, replace faulty components, and ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations. Routine inspections, testing of electrical systems, and accurate documentation of work will also be essential aspects of this role. Collaboration with team members and providing guidance to junior electricians when necessary are key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures - Perform upgrades and system improvements as per project requirements - Diagnose and resolve electrical problems efficiently - Replace faulty components and ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations - Conduct routine inspections and testing of electrical systems - Accurately document work - Collaborate with team members - Provide guidance to junior electricians Qualification Required: - Diploma or degree in electrical engineering or a related field - 3-5 years of hands-on experience as an electrician in residential, commercial, or industrial settings - Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and diagrams - Strong understanding of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards - Experience with electrical tools and equipment such as multimeters, testers, and hand tools - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Good communication and organizational skills Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement and Provident Fund.
