Electrical/Electronics intern

Note: Arduino Programmer not required. Do not apply if you only have working experience with Arduino.

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field. They should have basic knowledge of in motor control system development with hands-on experience in embedded C programming and micro-controllers. And MATLAB simulink knowledge is also required. The candidate must have the knowledge of debugging and problem-solving skills and should be able to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.
1. Develop embedded firmware for PMSM/BLDC motor control Solution etc.

2. Must have understanding of PMSM/BLDC motor control algorithm like FOC control, Current control, torque control, Speed and Position control, Modulation techniques, Space vector modulation, SinPWM etc.

3. Matlab Simulink and Embedded coder basic knowledge

4. Must have working experience with (NXP/TI/Microchip/Renesas/ST) using C/C++ language to make use of ADC/Timer/DAC/PWM/GPIO modules, communication protocols & embedded standards (SPI, I2C, CAN, UART, USB)

5. Design and implement Control algorithms via MATLAB Simulation, system diagnostics/prognostics

6. Test the firmware on the development boards through digital communication, debugger, oscilloscope, and logic analyser in a lab environment

7. Collaborate with the hardware team for prototype development and testing

8. Design of electronic circuits using resistors, Capacitor, MOSFET, opamps, TL431, transistors, etc.

9. Work on PCB design and schematics drawing on Ki CAD or Altium or similar

10. Documentation of coding and validation.

11. Prepare technical documents motor/controller, on selecting the right motor based on the motor Power/Torque curves.

12. Integration of the Motor and the Motor Controller at a vehicle level and ensure that vehicle level performance requirements are met.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
