Sales and Marketing Executive

Company Overview
We are a leading manufacturer of Electric Vehicle (EV) components including Motors & Controllers, Batteries, Wire Harnesses, Gearboxes, Throttles, and BMS for e-Rickshaws, L5 3-wheelers, electric autos, and 2-wheelers. We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth and expand our presence in the EV sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company growth objectives in EV motors, controllers, batteries, and related components.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Companies, dealers, sub-dealers, and clients across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and presentations to potential customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to guide business strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and engineering teams to enhance customer experience and streamline project execution.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates to senior management.
• Regularly meet new Clients, customers, dealers & sub-dealers while collecting sales and service feedback from existing networks.
• Drive business expansion by positioning the company as a key player in the EV components sector.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of sales and marketing experience, including 2+ years in the EV industry.
• Strong knowledge of EV components, financing options, and market trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinking with proven ability to achieve revenue targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and CRM tools.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel within assigned territory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
