Electrical Trainer

Position: Electrical Trainer

Location: Government ITI, Kamshet, Pune, Maharashtra
Project: Goel Foundation Funded Project implemented by SkillSonics

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver hands-on training and classroom sessions to ITI students in Electrical trade as per the prescribed curriculum and training calendar.
• Provide theoretical and practical exposure on topics such as wiring, circuit diagrams, electrical maintenance, and electrical machines.
• Facilitate learning on safety protocols, equipment usage, and industry-standard electrical practices.
• Prepare students for job readiness through skill assessments, mock tests, and practical assignments.
• Assist students in project work related to the electrical domain.
• Maintain training records, attendance, and student performance reports as per SkillSonics guidelines.
• Coordinate with the centre team to ensure smooth execution of training activities.

Preferred Qualifications & Background:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution is required.
• Minimum 5–8 years of hands-on industry experience in electrical maintenance, installations, or related domains.
• Prior experience as a Trainer or Faculty in the Skill Development Sector or Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) is desirable.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
• Ability to manage classroom dynamics and motivate students towards career progression.
