Electrical Technician

As a Solar Panel Installer, your role involves assisting in the installation of solar panels, inverters, and mounting hardware on various roof types and ground-mount systems. You will ensure that all installations are completed to company standards, while adhering to local and national electrical codes. Your responsibilities will include running electrical wiring and conduits, making necessary connections, and performing routine preventative maintenance on solar systems. This includes tasks such as cleaning panels, checking electrical connections, and inspecting equipment for wear or damage. Key Responsibilities: - Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, such as ground faults, inverter errors, and panel performance problems. - Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components. - Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment. - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area. - Complete all necessary documentation and reports for each job. - Communicate professionally with clients, providing explanations on system operations and maintenance procedures. - Address client questions and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
