We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing IT Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, understanding customer needs, and closing sales of our IT products and services over the phone. You must be comfortable with cold calling and working in a target-driven environment. Requirements:Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales, preferably in the IT sector. Strong communication and persuasive skills. Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly. Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
