Electrical Supervisor

As an Electrician Supervisor, your role involves overseeing electricians, scheduling work, assigning tasks, and ensuring an efficient workflow. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing electrical projects, including estimating resources and materials. Your duties will also include enforcing safety regulations, conducting safety inspections, and ensuring adherence to electrical codes and standards. Key Responsibilities: - Supervision and Coordination: Overseeing electricians, scheduling work, assigning tasks, and ensuring efficient workflow. - Project Management: Planning, organizing, and managing electrical projects, including estimating resources and materials. - Safety Compliance: Enforcing safety regulations, conducting safety inspections, and ensuring adherence to electrical codes and standards. - Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Diagnosing and repairing electrical issues, overseeing routine and preventative maintenance, and ensuring proper functioning of electrical equipment. - Quality Control: Inspecting completed work, ensuring it meets specifications and quality standards. - Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining records of work performed, materials used, and project progress. - Training and Mentoring: Providing guidance and training to junior electricians. - Inventory Management: Monitoring and managing the inventory of electrical supplies.
