Electrical Site Supervisor

As a Project Manager at Alstef Group, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing allocated projects within the airport, intralogistics, and parcel handling markets. Your responsibilities will include: - Reviewing and understanding the estimates and scope of work for each project - Agreeing on budgets with the Project Team and ensuring that established budgets are met and margins are protected - Proactively managing purchase orders on site, controlling usage and expenditure - Implementing project systems and processes in accordance with the Project Management Manual - Developing accurate and detailed project schedules that are realistic and can be completed within the specified time frame - Monitoring project site performance regularly against a detailed project plan and making necessary decisions/changes to prevent delays - Overseeing the management of operational and resource requirements for the project site, including timely ordering of products, materials, and other resources - Identifying changes to the project that constitute variations and ensuring contractually compliant claims are presented to the client - Coordinating design teams (Electrical, Mechanical, and Software) and the manufacturing facility - Communicating effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers - Facilitating an environment of trust, openness, integrity, and honesty to prevent conflicts and resolve issues through mediation or negotiation - Making commercially prudent subcontractor or supplier selections without compromising project quality and safety requirements - Ensuring subcontractor and supplier letting is in accordance with Company guidelines - Attending regular meetings with contractors and consultants and providing project progress reports - Actively participating in health and safety matters and implementing the Project Safety Plan - Leading by example and promoting a proactive health and safety conscious culture within the project team Profile Required: Knowledge and Experience: - Minimum of five years of relevant experience in site installation and supervision of BHS - Proven experience in negotiation and conflict management - Demonstrated delivery of project outcomes with contractual documentation - Working knowledge of contractual and commercial issues - Sound working knowledge of installation scheduling and planning Education/Training/Licenses: - Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, ITI with Electrical installation sound experience Miscellaneous: - Must be able to travel frequently for extended periods, which is essential for successful performance in the role.,
