Job Description

We are seeking a committed and energetic Electrical Site Supervisor to join our team in Shornur, Kerala. This role is open to freshers and experienced candidates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in site management and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily electrical site activities and ensure timely work execution
• Coordinate with contractors, workers, and project management teams
• Maintain site safety protocols and ensure quality workmanship
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports
• Assist in material management, installation, testing, and commissioning
• Identify on-site issues and report them promptly to the management

Required Qualifications

• Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
• Strong communication and team coordination skills
• Willingness to work at the project site
• Ability to handle workers and supervise tasks efficiently
• Freshers with good technical knowledge are encouraged to apply
• Hindi-speaking ability will be an added advantage
• Valid driving licence preferred
