Location : Kerala Job Type : Full-Time Working Hours : 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 6 Days a Week (Weekly Off on Sundays) Job Summary : Poornima MEP Contracting Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and dedicated Site Supervisor to join our team for infrastructure projects involving HT & EHT feeder reconductoring, pole erection, and earth rod installation in the Trivandrum region. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and managing team productivity. Key Responsibilities : Supervise site activities related to electrical infrastructure works, including reconductoring of HT and EHT feeders, pole erection, and earth rod installation. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure smooth execution of tasks. Monitor and maintain site records, including daily progress reports and attendance. Ensure all required materials and equipment are available for site operations. Ensure that safety standards and regulations are adhered to by all workers on-site. Conduct quality control checks to ensure high standards of workmanship. Report any issues, delays, or concerns to management and propose effective solutions. Provide on-site training and guidance to team members as required. Qualifications : Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Freshers are welcome to apply. Valid 2-wheeler license (own 2-wheeler is a must). Fuel expenses will be covered by the company. Good understanding of electrical systems, safety protocols, and construction site practices. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Willingness to work in outdoor conditions and manage physically demanding tasks.
