Electrical Maintenance Manager

Role Overview: You will be part of a Bangalore based health-food brand that is on a mission to make the country eat healthier. The company is purpose-driven and founded by sisters Anindita and Suhasini Sampath, with institutional investors including SAIF Partners and Fireside ventures. As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operations of plant and machinery and adherence to defined expenditure budget. Key Responsibilities: - Provide Engineering Support by preparing plans for preventive maintenance, monitoring energy consumption, and taking action to conserve energy in electrical and fuel savings. - Manage Production Activities by maintaining reordering levels of spares, coordinating procurement, conducting store audits, and ensuring timely availability of appropriate spares. - Ensure Statutory and Legal compliance by reviewing license status for statutory needs, arranging inspections, and ensuring safe working conditions in the Factory. - Review and Reporting by monitoring plant and machinery performance, discussing production problems, monitoring safety aspects, and ensuring efficient and safe functioning of plant and machinery. - Scrap/ Waste Management by assessing machine condition, availability of spares, making decisions on selling, and coordinating disposal.
