Job Description

The Maintenance Engineer shall be responsible for trouble shooting of all types of Electrical failures on CNC, VMC, and PLC based SPMs, motorized conveyors, hydraulics power packs, etc. he shall drive TPM culture, preventive maintenance of machines.

He shall measure and monitor all breakdown related metrics like MTBF, MTTR and breakdown hours.

Diploma in Electrical Engineering with at least 5-6 years hands-on experience in Electrical maintenance.

Shall work in 3 shifts and availability based on the need.
Trouble shooting and addressing all electrical related break downs.
Should have sound knowledge of diagnosis & troubleshooting of CNC, VMC PLC based welding, Hydraulic testing, and SPM machines.
Should have good knowledge about Fanuc CNC & Fanuc Robots.
Should have good knowledge in ladder programming & troubleshooting in Siemens, Mitsubishi, Fanuc PLC.
Should have good knowledge in programming & troubleshooting in Preface, Mitsubishi, Siemens HMI.
Should have knowledge about servo drives & VFD.
Should be able to understand & troubleshoot the Relay based circuit.
Should have good knowledge of Hydraulic & pneumatic system.
Should be able to take appropriate countermeasure for repetitive breakdown.
Able to handle the machines parts disassemble & after repair get it Assemble in machine.
Should have good knowledge to read and understand the electrical drawings.
Proficient in preventive maintenance planning, Scheduling & implementation for upkeep of equipment.
Machines Uptime improvement through KAIZEN or modification in machine.
Improve MTTR and MTBF of all equipment in the plant through continuous improvements.
Should have knowledge of spare part management.
Training and development of maintenance team member including.
Should have knowledge about root cause analysis and why-why analysis.
Should have able to coordinate with vendor and arrange the part.

Spare part management.

Excellent machine electrical trouble shooting skills.
Siemens, Mitsubishi PLC programming & troubleshooting skills.
Preface, Mitsubishi & Siemens HMI programming & troubleshooting skills.
Relay based circuit troubleshooting skill.
Sound knowledge in Hydraulic and Pneumatic system.
Working knowledge of manufacturing processes like Engineering industry, Steel machining, assembly, welding.
Good knowledge in SAP and other soft skills.
Good communication abilities – both oral and written. English and Hindi must.
