Electrical Maintenance Engineer

As an Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) Engineer at our organization, your role is crucial in ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of electrical and instrumentation systems. Your primary focus will be on prioritizing safety, maintaining regulatory compliance, and optimizing system performance. - Conduct PEP talks and safety awareness training for E&I workers to promote a culture of safety. - Ensure safe work methods and practices are followed at all times. - Maintain and repair electrical equipment, including switchgears, from the power house to departmental machinery. - Perform daily verification of load amps, energy consumption, and power factor monitoring. - Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems, including HT and LT switchgears, oil filtration, and energy meter calibration. - Maintain and calibrate instrumentation systems, including those used in production processes. - Ensure accurate measurement and control of process variables. - Perform breakdown maintenance and preventive maintenance of electrical equipment. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including ISO records. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. - Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to housekeeping standards. - Address rectification points raised during VIP visits. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering. - Proven experience in E&I maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. - Strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems, including safety protocols and regulatory requirements. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work independently and lead teams.
