Qualification: ITI OR Diploma or B.Tech Electrical
1) Check in and rectifying Errors of all Equipment and Utilities on Daily Basis. (Need to check the operation of Air Compression, Vacuum Pumps, Autoclave, Hot Air Oven)
2) All complaints received to engineering Department ,Electrical Maintenance(DG,UPS,LT, DBS)
3) Maintaining Documentation of Engineering Department
4) Equipment operation & Formulation (AHUS,CASET ACS and Split ACS)
5)Preventive Maintenance work Perform, SOP
6)Effluent water disposal
7) Implementation of documentation as per the cGMP, ICH guidelines
8) Preparation of new electrical panels / facility specifications.
9) Operation and maintenance of PCC and MCC panels.
10) Preventive and Breakdown maintenance of pharma equipment , utilitys, Transformers, UPS ,Motors ,DG sets ,PCC and MCC panels.
11) Supervising all electrical related works in project.
