Job Description

As a Maintenance Staff at Halol, Gujarat, India, your role involves handling shift operations related to Utility set up, Plant Machineries, Production Equipments, and Auxiliary Equipments. You will be responsible for setting up job allocation to Contract Manpower and managing them efficiently to achieve expected results within the given time frame. Your communication skills will be crucial in resolving any issues or abnormalities, consulting with the Line manager or HOD. Your job duties also include participating in Project activities as and when required. It is essential for you to understand and deliver to achieve Departmental KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) such as maintaining PM Compliance at 100%, updating Equipment History and Breakdown records in a timely manner, preparing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), conducting WHY-WHY Analysis, reducing MTTR, improving MTBF by 10%, maintaining documentation, and demonstrating a Right First Time Approach.
