Electrical maintainence head

The Electrical Maintenance Head is responsible for leading all electrical maintenance activities in a foundry setup. This includes ensuring the reliability and efficiency of critical equipment such as furnaces, molding machines, sand mixers, and casting systems. The role demands strategic planning, hands-on leadership, and deep technical expertise in foundry operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance Strategy: Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans tailored to foundry operations
• Equipment Oversight: Ensure optimal functioning of mechanical systems including furnaces, sand plants, molding lines, and cooling systems
• Breakdown Management: Lead rapid response and root cause analysis for mechanical failures to minimize downtime
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of technicians and engineers; ensure skill development in foundry-specific machinery
• Budget & Inventory: Manage maintenance budgets and spare parts inventory efficiently
• Compliance & Safety: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations
• Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives for equipment upgrades, energy efficiency, and process optimization
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, breakdowns, and inspections

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and team management
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Diploma holders with extensive experience may be considered)
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in electrical maintenance, with at least 5 years in a foundry environment
• Experience with machines like Disha Magic, sand mixers, and induction furnaces is a plus

Note : Minimum One Plant exp in 5yrs+

salary - Negotaible.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
