Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Ensure Preventive & Predictive maintenance of 110KV Substation, Power Transformer, Distribution & Converter duty Transformer.
Ensure Preventive & Predictive maintenance of Chiller & utility equipments.
Responsible for Electrical O & M activities at Apollo Site. And co - ordination with Apollo team towards the deliverable
Supporting & guiding the team towards deliverables.
Providing staff with the necessary tools, training, and resources to achieve these standards.
Conducting Electrical Safety Audit as per schedule.
Be Updated about the Power Changeover Contingency Procedure and Execute When Ever Needed as per Procedure
Execute and Record Condition Monitoring as per the Register and Correct the Deviation.
Responsible for Electrical O & M activities at Apollo Site
Preparation of RCA and corrective action plan for all breakdowns.
Work Allocation to be done from PM, Shift Follow Up, Pending Register, Complaints and Ensure effective Utilization of Manpower.
Responsible for Electrical portable equipment & Safety belt renewal
Co-ordinating vendors during their AMC visit & Co-ordinate with external agency to carry out Relay calibration, Breaker Testing, Transformer testing, Earth pit testing, Transformer oil filtration.
Defining goals and establishing standards.
To perform monitoring activities that optimizes equipment reliability and efficiency.
Ensure the Diesel Engine and Electric Pumps Safety Interlock to be Checked and records are maintained
Ensure 99.5% availability of Equipment.
Plan and execute the BBS observation as per the schedule
Preparing Shutdown Maintenance / preventive schedule for both plant -1 & 2 and ensure the activity as per the schedule. And preparing shutdown report & to be circulated to all the concern.
Preparing MRM, MTTR & MTBF for both utility & Power equipment and to be circulated to all the concern.

Preferred candidate profile
