Role Overview: As a Maintenance Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to perform hands-on maintenance of production equipment, such as FBE, RMG/Saizoner, and other machines. This will include carrying out preventative maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, conducting installations and commissioning activities, and ensuring the availability of spare parts. Key Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot various equipment including PLC, VFD, temperature controller, transmitters, sensors, etc. - Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of production equipment. - Install and commission new equipment as required. - Validate PLC systems and ensure proper functionality. - Manage spare parts inventory effectively. - Utilize your communication skills to document maintenance activities and collaborate with team members. - Work effectively in a team environment and liaise with contractors and vendors. - Adhere to safety guidelines and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe working environment.
