Job Description

Sodexo is looking for Manager Finance

We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially savvy Finance Analyst to support our supply chain operations

Analyze supply chain data from a finance point of view to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
This role will focus on driving cost efficiency through price benchmarking, market analysis, and recovery initiatives
Analyze market studies done by Supply Chain & Operations to understand pricing trends, supplier capabilities, and competitive dynamics.
Develop and maintain dashboards for key metrics such as cost per unit, price variance, and recovery performance.

Qualification

CA/ Full time MBA in finance or SCM is mandatory
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in food industry
25 years of experience in supply chain or procurement analysis
Strong experience in advanced excel, power BI
