Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA Controlling implementations, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
• Configure SAP CO modules, focusing on cost planning, allocations, product costing, and profitability analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with FI, MM, SD, and PP modules.
• Utilize SAP Activate methodology and Fit-to-Standard approach to drive project success.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing expert guidance and consulting throughout the implementation.
• Stay updated with SAP S/4HANA innovations and leverage them to enhance controlling processes.
• Mentor and lead functional teams, fostering knowledge sharing and high team performance.
• Provide inputs on SAP BTP, GROW with SAP, and Fiori-based apps to improve controlling solutions.

Skills Required:

Must-Have:

• Expertise in SAP Controlling (CO)
• Hands-on experience with SAP COPA for profitability analysis
• Strong experience in Product Costing and Cost Planning
• Proven track record in SAP S/4HANA implementations
• Ability to manage end-to-end SAP CO processes and functional teams

 Nice-to-Have:

• Exposure to SAP FICO modules
• Experience in SAP Configuration and system integration
• Knowledge of SAP BTP, GROW with SAP, and Fiori-based controlling apps
• Strong stakeholder management and client engagement skills
