Purpose of the Job Manage Shift Details of the Job Key Accountabilities(1) Responsible for ensuring that meet performance requirements Safety Standards and regulatory guidelines. Execution of preventive maintenance plan Key Accountabilities(2) Ensure compliance with electrical standards. Implement solutions to ensure the proper functioning of the system Key Interface Effective communication and coordination with team members Good interaction with vendors and stake holders etc. Provide technical expertise and address any concerns or feedback related to electrical systems. Education & Experience B.Tech and minimum 2 years experience Competencies Business Acumen & Data Orientation Driving Results Entrepreneurial & Ownership Mindset Adaptability Self & Team Leadership Cultivates Collaboration Customer Orientation Skills Required(1) Must have understanding of electrical pronciples, circuits etc.. Knowledge of instrumentation Ability to read panel drawing of plant equipments Problem solving abilitiy. Skills Required(2) Effectively communicate technical information with seniors and colleagues Able to prioritize task, meet deadlines Analytical skills and Adaptability Collaboration
